Cancellation Policy

Effective: January 16, 2026

By purchasing a package, the customer agrees to the following cancellation and refund terms:

Individual Service Cancellation

  • •Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled service
  • •Cancellations within 48 hours: $25 fee per service
  • •No-shows: Full service charge + $50 penalty

Package Cancellation and Refunds

If the customer purchases a package and decides to cancel before completion:

  • •Used cleanings: Charged at FULL PRICE without discount ($120 per cleaning)
  • •Unused cleanings: 50% refund only
  • •Processing time: 7-14 business days to original payment method
  • •Administrative fee: $15 per refund request

Package Cancellation Example

Customer buys 10-Pack ($780 with 35% discount)

Uses 3 cleanings, then cancels

3 cleanings @ $120 each = $360

7 remaining cleanings = $420 ÷ 2 = $210 refund

Administrative fee = -$15

Total refund: $195

Processing time: 7-14 business days

Rescheduling

  • •Free rescheduling with 48+ hours notice
  • •Within 48 hours: $15 reschedule fee
  • •Maximum 2 reschedules per package

Payment Terms

  • •All payments processed via Stripe only (credit/debit)
  • •Packages are non-transferable to other people
  • •Packages expire 12 months after purchase
  • •No extensions or exceptions to validity period
